SC DEL SOL GIRLS DPL
SC del Sol Girls' DPL teams will compete in the Development Player League, the DPL is designed to expand the Girls Academy player pool for participating clubs. The league creates a highly professional training environment and competitive model for aspiring Girls Academy players,.
The DPL provides a clear pathway for players who show the potential to make the jump to the GA level of play. Our DPL program will offer players who excel to have the opportunity to be called up for the Girls Academy teams. This structure provides an expanded pool of aspiring Girls Academy players with more exposure to the Girls Academy training model and level of play.
The DPL provides a development structure that focuses on playing more meaningful games with highly professional game day environment, more training, high level coaching, and great exposure in major college showcases events. Teams competing in the DPL will play a home and away schedule running through the fall and the spring, as well as a highly competitive tournament schedule featuring local and regional travel.
